The New Century School

                      New Century offers students from all backgrounds a chance to join in a community of individuals who care about learning. This community is built on academic rigor, constructive energy, and mutual respect. Its atmosphere is friendly and its population diverse.

The New Century School’s mission is to create and sustain an optimum
educational environment to enable each child to realize his or her richest potential for learning and to become an
independent, self-motivated and contributing member of the world community

          Cultural Activities:     here is a plethora of activities at the school, including national and local
celebrations in the classroom and school-wide, as well as events with families such as picnic dinners and performances. The Baltimore-Washington DC Corridor offers a variety of interesting and exciting cultural events.

There are staff activities and many exchange visitors interact with families from the school outside of school. Many of our families are international or multi-national and, in some cases, there may be hosting opportunities with an American family.
